COKE, PEPSI, STARBUCKS / YOU KNOW THEM WHEN YOU SEE THEM

A brand is not a concrete object but a concept. It is the emotional and psychological relationship between a company and consumers and it tells the consumer what they should think of and feel about you and your company when they experience your company logo. It should identify what your mission is in one word or image and tell the consumer at the gut level who you are. It should also be the  foundation of your marketing framework.
